La casa è a 2 km dal centro abitato dove sono presenti tutti i servizi essenziali, a 12 km si trova il centro commerciale "Due Mari". L'aereoporto di Lamezia Terme e la stazione centrale distano soli 20 km. Il luogo è adatto ad ospitare famiglie o comitive per soggiorni di relax immersi nel verde.

Sono un medico, per qualunque necessità, abito con la mia famiglia nella Villetta accanto.
