14 feet wide and 80 feet long, 8 beds, 4 queens and 4 twins. 2 bathrooms a hot tub, and a kitchen. I built this as a family reunion headquarters, because I wanted a place for my family when the grandkids come to visit. Located in downtown close to grocery's, dining, laundry and shopping. Great for company parties, groups of friends, family get togethers or if you need lots of room for a work vacation. The beds roll into the corner so you can sleep the whole family and then play red rover.

This apartment is a home away from home, cozy and comfortable. Featuring all new amenities with a full kitchen, a trendy bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This is a small town with 1 cafe, an old time general store and an LDS Chapel. Close by is Fishlake, Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Otter Creek & the Puite ATV trails. You can choose to watch TV or use the free WIFI to surf the internet. The apartment is located in Koosharem, Utah. Across the street is the famous Koosharem Café.

This charming property offers easy access to golfing, four wheeling, hiking, and fishing in the summer, as well as snowmobiling, snow shoeing and ice fishing in the winter. Located close to natural hot springs it's the ideal spot to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Capital Reef and Fish Lake.
