The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Conveniently located from exit 10 on I-70, The Patch is an old country home in northern rural Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home with central air and WiFi. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off a working area with two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the full-size stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through.
