Luxury Woodland Shepherds Hut & Romantic Hot Tub

Escape to your own little bit of luxury in the stunning Surrey Hills, conveniently about an hour from London, and stay in one of our two gorgeous shepherd's huts. We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! Dog friendly (extra fee). We have a wood fired couples hot tub and can supply grazing platters, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious ancient dovecote in a gorgeous peaceful countryside setting, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Private heated swimming pool available in summer. Upstairs there is a luxurious super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV and downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Lovely walks from the door and close to Salisbury, Longleat, Stonehenge and Bath

Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

The village has ten pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to Paddington.

Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, a fantastic butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.
