This DOG FRIENDLY south PS private Studio casita features a view of Mt San Jacinto from your two private patios where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails and is easily accessible to rte 111 and minutes from the airport, golf courses and downtown. There is a 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax that is collected a few days prior to our guests check in date if you booked prior to January 14, 2026-it will come in the form of a "request payment" PS City ID# of PS 3959 & TOT ID# 8346.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is above our detached garage with a private balcony. Stunning views of city lights and rolling hills. If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. There is a modern full kitchen, spacious bathroom, sitting area with amazing panoramic windows, and a quaint bedroom nook with a full size bed. ONE bed studio is set up for 2 guests but due to high demand we allow up to 3 guets with fee. We do have a futon but for more comfort you can bring airmattress & extra bedding.
