Comfy oceanside cottage, sits on a quiet street with private beach access. Short walk to beach and town where you can find quaint shops, farmers markets, the best restaurants in the area, deli, and convenience stores. The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

Every room has an ocean view~ the Upper Level has panoramic views of the ocean and Jockey's Ridge. Located on the edge of Nags Head's historic district, 'Cottage Row', the cottage is walking distance to Jockey's Ridge State Park's iconic sand dunes and soundside beach, Nags Head Pier, Austin's Seafood, Blue Moon, Mulligan's, and Dowdy Park for all.

Historic Beach Cottage 700ft to ocean #singlestory

This is a true {mid-century modern} historic and classic cottage. It was built in 1956 by Frank Stick. Frank was a local artist and developer and started the “flat-top” movement in Southern Shores. We have worked hard to modernize this classic and bring it back to life with some fun twists! The porch is our favorite feature. It is 1200 sq feet of screened in, relaxing bliss. Outside family dinners and corn hole tournaments are our family’s way of relaxing at this sweet cottage!

Tip Sea, close to beach, shabby chic, clean!

Tip Sea is shabby chic, a 4 minute walk to the beach, and in the heart of OBX, yet on a quieter street. It is an older cottage (including two original bathrooms) but is colorful with beachy decor-a true original beach box. The cottage is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and a new brewery. Everything needed nearby! Older windows we ask to not open. Note: Linens are NOT provided (bed covers are). MP 9.5

Avalon Beach Cottage OBX (Walk to Pier + Beach)

The cottage is located 3 lots from the ocean in the Avalon neighborhood near the Beach Road. It is 2 blocks from the Avalon Fishing Pier and Awful Arthurs Restaurant. It is a great area for biking. It is located near KMart and Food Lion. There are many restaurants, stores, Putt Putts, Jet Ski and Parasailing Rentals, and Jockey's Ridge Sand Dunes are close by for kite flying and Hang Gliding Lessons.
