This three-bedroom house is beautiful and colorful, a 100 year old house with a fun & tropical feel. Lots of different spaces for lounging or relaxing. 1/2 mile to downtown Portsmouth and the hundreds of restaurants and artsy shops and concerts there, and even closer to downtown Kittery. Bikes are available if you don't fancy walking or driving. Also available as a winter rental. PS- there is hot water! Not sure why it now says no hot water. :D
