In addition to the queen bed in bedroom there is a twin daybed, queen size air mattress and pack’n play available for use. A small town off Exit 30 on I-90. Centrally located between Syracuse and Albany. 40 min to Cooperstown (1 hour to All Star Village). 15 min to Herkimer Diamond Mines. Also, nearby the home of the Utica Comets Hockey and Utica City Football Club!

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Come enjoy our Little Piece of Haven with amazing lake views and Oneida Lake access across the street. Our log cabin offers the perfect space for a girls weekend away, a fishing weekend or a family lake vacation! This duplex consists of three bedrooms, one and a half baths, kitchen, living room, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Laundry area is shared with owner. Centrally located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Anyone traveling the Erie Canal Bike Trail, we are 2 blocks North of this route. Anyone snowmobiling, we have access to trail C7. Ride from your front door.

Why stay at a hotel when you and your family could stay at this updated ranch style home. This is in a peaceful neighborhood with a private yard. There are two bedrooms (queen beds) each with Roku TV's. The third bedroom was converted to office space in case you want to work with privacy. I have listed as 6 guests in case children are staying (there are only two beds).
