We use high quality linen and careful thought to furnishings by repurposing, ♻️, and a waterless composting toilet. We try to minamise impact on our earth. Infant cot/mattress on request

Located at the top end of Spencer Road, close to boat ramps at Kariri Point (Boat Shed Bay) and Stoney Point beach and playground. Unwind on the deck complete with seating, and an outdoor fire. Luxury two bedroom self contained apartment. Quality bed linens and towels. Hot tub, unlimited wifi. The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.
