Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Walk along the Royal Mile from an Elegant Apartment

Enter into a magical courtyard off the Royal Mile guarded by four blue and gold dragons and you step back in time to a mystical period. The property dates from 1790 but has been sympathetically upgraded. The wonders of the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe are right on your doorstep, or, if you prefer, close the door and people watch from your bedroom or living room which look straight on to the Royal Mile. You really couldn't get a better position to enjoy the Castle, the Palace, Arthurs Seat or the wonders of the Old Town of Edinburgh. Entire property. I will be in the local area and always on hand if you have a question or an issue. Set in the heart of Old Town, the flat is steps away from the vibrant boutiques, craft shops, pubs, and restaurants that line the area’s quaint streets and alleyways. It’s an ideal stepping off point for visiting many museums and historic sites. This apartment is based on the Royal Mile where tour buses leave on a regular basis as do taxis and local buses. Walking is the name of the game in such a central location! Transport in from the Airport can be by bus or tram and both stops are a 5 minute walk up the hill to the flat.

Fantastic location on the Famous Royal Mile - Edinburgh Historic Old Town ! 5 mins walk from Waverley Station. This two bedroom flat on the third floor up a spiral staircase and is a cosy haven for tourists. The property boasts a living-room/kitchen, two double bedrooms and shower room. The prominent location in the pedestrian area only 5 mins from Edinburgh Castle. The bedrooms with high spec King Beds are at the rear of the property where it is incredibly quiet for such a central location.

Our guest suite is ideal for one person or a couple. Its central location will appeal to people who want the full Edinburgh experience, but who also want somewhere quiet to come back to that has all the facilities of a modern apartment. It is also an ideal space for those planning on leisure time, or meeting friends/family, but who also need to spend some time working. Lovely Guest Suite in Central Edinburgh

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.

Lovely One Bedroom Apartment in Edinburgh Old Town

The apartment is located on Cockburn Street, between Waverley bridge and the famous Royal Mile . This one bedroom,double upper flat has a fantastic location,in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by shops,cafes and restaurants, yet a stone's throw Princess Street Gardens to enjoy a walk or just to relax. As well as the vasy selection of historic buildings close by,Waverley train station is a few minutes' walk as well as an excellent bus and tram service.
