Traditional wooden house on a large island with 300m of private Saimaa lake shoreline and far reaching views, 700m from the harbour. Main building has 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 living rooms and a bathroom. Sauna and guest house with two bedrooms are in separate buildings. Rowing boat with small motor is included. Extras: Bedlinen & towels 20e pp. Bigger motor boat 50e daily + fuel. Box of wood per two nights of stay for the first week included, extras 20e. Kayak and sup board 20e per day.

Talo sopii mainiosti perhe-, urheilu- ja työmatkailuun. Imatran keskusta 2,5 km. Lappeenranta 20 min 4-kaistatietä. Suojaisa sisäpiha autoille ja moottoripyörille. Saimaa ja Ukonniemen-Rauhan urheilualueet kylpylöineen sekä useita golf-kenttiä lähellä. Harjula-tilan päärakennus omenapuiden keskellä, viljatilan pihapiirissä. Tila ollut suvun hallussa vuodesta 1950 isoisän evakkomatkan päätyttyä tänne. Vehreässä ja laajassa pihapiirissä sijaitsee myös toinen asuinrakennus, jossa isäntä asuu.

Lähellä virtaa joki, jossa pääsee uimaan kaikkina vuodenaikoina ja viihtyisä ranta-alue rentoutumiseen. Jotta pääsette nauttimaan heti loma alettua, petaamme teille puhtaat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet valmiiksi.

The cottage is located on the shores of Kivijärvi Lake. Here you can enjoy the beauty of the Finnish nature and overlooking the lake, which opens through panoramic windows from the house terraces. It will be very interesting for fishers to stay in these places, as the lake Kivijärvi is known for its good catches of pike-perch and perch. Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Mökki Kääpä 8 (max. 7 hengelle) Mökin terassilta löytyy erikseen vuokrattava palju. (100€/päivä) Mökin pihapiiristä löytyy myös huvimaja, jossa voi viettää aikaa luonnosta nauttien. Alakerrassa on 3 viihtyisää makuuhuonetta ja 1 makuuhuone ylhäällä parvella. Matkaa Saimaan rantaan on ~500 metriä. Mökiltä ~900 metrin päässä yksityinen ranta, grillikota ja vuokrattavat soutuveneemme. Liinavaate-/pyyhevuokra 15€/hlö.

Create lasting memories at this unique and family-friendly retreat. The standard rate includes access to a cozy living room, a practical and well-equipped kitchen, 1 to 3 bedrooms, and a private sauna. The main bedroom features either a 180 cm double bed or two 90 cm single beds, along with a dedicated workspace for remote work. Additional bedrooms offer 1 to 2 beds, depending on your needs. You'll also have access to an electric sauna, as well as laundry and drying facilities.

Rentoudu Etelä-Savon sydämessä Juvalla. Tässä 104 vuotta vanhassa hirsitalossa on elänyt monta sukupolvea maata viljellen ja tilalla on lämmin tunnelma. Tyylikkäästi ja värikkäästi kunnostetut tilat. Vanha pihasauna. Oma erämaatyylinen metsäinen ranta, grillailupaikka ja savusauna 2 minuuttia kävellen ovelta. Hyvä, syvä uimapaikka laiturin päästä. Pihaterassi auringonottoa ja grillausta varten. Myös sähkösauna löytyy. Ainutlaatuinen, monipuolinen kokonaisuus maaseudun rauhassa.

Sievä pieni omakotitalo järvimaisemilla

Villa Pihlaja on perinteistä suomalaista arkkitehtuuria edustava omakotitalo, joka sijaitsee rauhallisessa järvimaisemissa Savonlinnan taajamassa. Talon läheisyydessä on lapsiystävällinen uimaranta ja talon edessä soutuvene, jolla voit mennä kalaan, soutaa Sulosaaren lettukahvilaan tai Olavinlinnaa ihailemaan. Keskustaan on autolla 6 km, isoon markettiin 2 km. Söpöt lemmikkikanit löytyvät takapihalta. Ota omat lemmikkisi mukaan majoittumaan. Kohteessa ei ole saunaa.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Mummolamajoitusta luomutilalla

PihaMummolamme on idyllinen ja aito mummola toimivan luomumaitotilan pihapiirissä. Meillä pääset tutustumaan maatilan elämään, lypsylle ja hoitamaan eläimiä halutessasi. Maatilamme lehmistä löytyy lempeitä yksilöitä ja mm. kaikkia suomenkarjarotuja. Mummolan vuokraan kuuluu päärakennuksen lisäksi erillinen rantasauna veden äärellä. Vesistöt ja upeat metsäalueet hallitsevat seutua mutta Mummolassa pääset helposti myös tutustumaan vireään kesäkylä Lohilahteen.
