Sugar Ranch Guest House is a 1940's farmhouse that has been restored and modernized. It's the original home on this 60 acre farm, which produced sugarcane, dairy products, and eggs; now it is a gentleman's horse, cattle, and chicken ranch. There is a fishing pond, paths, deer, geese, wild turkeys, fox, herons, squirrels, and songbirds. Country living five minutes from downtown Forest City, 25 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center, one hour from Asheville and Charlotte.

Our home is welcoming back guests! The lake is not usable but there is much to do in the area! Visit restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking trails, waterfalls, zipline! We offer passes to Rumbling Bald resort. Our home is in a prime location off the main road in one of the quiet coves. This home is perfect for family fun or a quiet retreat! The main living area flows onto the deck. Lower deck has an outdoor table with BBQ. Down the path hosts a firepit area. Pets allowed for a fee.

Romantic cabin near a mountain lake and overlooking a private pond. Our cozy one bedroom log cabin is built for couples and has a hot tub. For no extra cost we have horse shoes, and private fishing ponds. All set in a natural landscape with diverse flora and fauna. Hurricane Helene update: Our property is in good condition. The construction at our lakefront to remove sediment from the lake has finished! The lake will remain lowered until Spring, but that happens many years anyway.

This family lake house is built on beautiful lake Lanier. Just ten minutes from Tryon North Carolina and Landrum South Carolina. The house offers beautiful views of Hogback Mountain from our private patio, it is on the water, has a dock, canoe, gas grill,and a rooftop deck overlooking the water. We also offer two Roku televisions wifi, high speed internet, fire pit, and a full kitchen and bath. Also included are linens and towels, as well as condiments and basic toiletries.

This is a new custom built log home. It has a wonderful Lodge feel with a hint of the West and South West. It has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new mattresses, a wonderful living room, with an electric fireplace and flat screen tv with Dish. The basement has a great living room area, and lots of things to do....Foosball, pool, ping pong, air hockey, etc. PLEASE, NO PETS. A violation fee will apply for non compliance.
