Just like the first "Topo," which opened at the top of a shopping center in Praça Martim Moniz, this second spot also faces the castle, this time on Terraços do Carmo.
Open from morning to night, it’s divided into two different areas, one for cocktails on sofas or loungers, and another, up a flight of steps, for light meals. It’s therefore a place for a meal at any time of the day, for cocktails in the sun, or simply for a drink after dinner, always to the sound of a chillout soundtrack.
