Brenda and Phil's Place

Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

Gorgeous canvas bell tent in secluded setting, outfitted with luxuriously dressed queen memory foam bed, pillows, table, lighting, chairs, outdoor patio set + hammocks. Coffee and tea with cream & sugar avail all day. We provide drinking water, a cooler to use, everything but your clothes and meals (except breakfast, we have that covered!) *Solo Stove for a private Glampsite fire available to rent for $50/night, all wood provided. Finding Joy

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

Very cool studio apartment with sleeping loft

This special place is close to almost everything in Boothbay Harbor, making it easy to plan your visit. Our beautiful semi-secluded property has several outside decks and is only a ¼ mile from the Footbridge & the new Eastside Waterfront Park. This very cool venue has a new bath, kitchenette and a queen size bed in the large bedroom, a full-sized bed in the sleeping loft & a queen size pullout couch, being able to comfortably sleep up to 4 adults or 5 with friendly smaller people.

The Cottage at the McCobb House

Freshly renovated inside and out, the cottage is your private Maine camp. Located on an acre and a half of wooded grounds, and surrounded by forest, the cottage feels secluded, but it’s only a mile to the restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions of bustling Boothbay Harbor. With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.

Spacious rustic 1 bedroom suite located on the second floor. 1 bathroom/laundry room, 1 living room, and 1 kitchenette. Sunday morning all inclusive breakfast. Right next-door to us is the Franklin Falls Dam. Bring your mountain bikes, hiking boots and or fishing poles. Remember, you need a license in New Hampshire to fish. Wings Hill is a charming country home offering 4 rental suites set between Great Pond and Long Pond in the Village of Belgrade Lakes, just across the road from Day's Store. A short drive to Augusta, Waterville and within walking distance to the Golf Course and all that the Lakeside Village has to offer. A short drive to many hiking areas or just relax in the Great Room or on the grounds. Walk across the street to fish or enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
