The Fig Tree Cottage has been described by our guests as: "charming & elegant, exceptional, cozy, lovely, amazing, comfortable, spacious, modern, and perfect". Our guesthouse is nestled in the back of our home in beautiful Land Park, one of the finest neighborhoods in Sacramento. It's a quiet place of well-being where you can relax & enjoy the tranquil backyard garden. In light of COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions to sterilize all surfaces prior to each visit.

Bright, spacious, and airy, our studio space is a standalone, very private second-story unit located directly across from the historic park. Its bright white walls, vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, privacy, views and natural wood accents give this space a soft, restorative energy.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
