Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Russian River is a short drive, 30 min walk or hike down the hill. Two level cabin with manager in upstairs cabin.

It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. This cottage is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring nearby lakes, waterfalls, and mountains year around. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, clean, and inviting. In the forest near Lassen Volcanic National Park, you'll enjoy the mountain views! Deer, wild turkeys, and squirrels provide endless entertainment. In the summer you'll enjoy relaxing on the porch. Winters will find you enjoying sitting by the fire taking in the view from our large picture-perfect windows.

Dunsmuir charmer located just across the Sacramento River. Just a short walking distance away you'll find Dunsmuir's best eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, and the local brewery. Whether you spend the day hiking to the peak of Castle Crags or snowboarding at Mt. Shasta Ski Park, you'll come home to a cozy wood-burning stove. The PCT is an 8 minute drive, Mt. Shasta City is a 8-10 min drive, and McCloud/Mt. Shasta Ski Park is just a 20-25 beautiful drive.
