You will be happy to know the loft is within walking distance of unique shops, wineries and restaurants. Not only can you walk the whole street and explore every shop, and you may also enjoy the nightlife. My property is maintained strictly animal free zone due to severe allergies.

Cozy little ski studio, just steps from Northstar Village and lifts. No need to drive. Full access to gym, hot tubs, shuttle service, etc. Has kitchen, deck with BBQ, fireplace, cable, wifi and washer/dryer. Pull out ottoman and queen bed could accomodate a small family, but it would be a little "cozy." Ideal for 2-3 guests. Recently remodeled with dual lounge chairs and a Murphy bed.

The Downieville Loft

Right on Main Street , this spacious, remodeled loft occupies the top two stories of the building and has spectacular river side and mountain views. The bottom floor is home to Yuba Expeditions, host to the Downieville Classic and where mountain bikers catch the shuttle for the Downieville Downhill.
