It is located less than a mile to the shops, bars and restaurants of Main Street and the Hampton Jitney stop with service to NYC. Brand new appliances, custom kitchen cabinets, large center island with bar stools are perfect for hosting friends & family. If you prefer to stay in, you'll find a games console / DVD player in the front room with a good selection of games and movies. Additionally, we provide 4 beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler for your use. Enjoy! Guests have access to the entire house, backyard, deck, garage and driveway parking. We can be reached via cell or email and are very responsive. We will also have a friend who is local to the area who will be able to assist with any issues. Sag Harbor is the coolest, most authentic town in the Hamptons. Home to household names, the town retains its small-town charm and rustic maritime vibe. Browse the artsy, eclectic stores and strike up conversations in the coffee shops and local bars. Sag Harbor is a quaint, walkable town on the wharf with great restaurants and bars. The house is located less than a mile's walk into the main street. Beaches are accessible via bike or car. The Jitney stop from Manhattan is located on Main Street less than a mile from the house. There are taxis in the area available via phone for pick up. We provide four adult bikes, helmets and locks for your use.

This modern home has all the amenities and comfort you would expect. You are 5 minutes from Southampton Village, 5 minutes from Flying Point Beach by car. Spacious back yard with beautiful patio furniture which gives onto beautiful pond. Fully equipped kitchen with Wolf stove. Lots of sun on this property. Quiet back patio area with barbecue and patio furniture. Fireplace available in the winter months. We use cotton linen and towels. Pool open in May. Pool heating is an additional cost.

Quiet updated apartment close to Main St, boats and beaches. This second floor apartment has a private entrance and allows use of the front yard. Our home was built in 1880 but has just been renovated for a modern beach bungalow feel. The location is the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to Marine Park, shops, restaurants, the Hampton Jitney and nightlife. The center of main street is less than a quarter mile from the apartment (4 minutes on foot). Walk to all!

Stylish house, heated pool, hot tub, large yard

Spacious and light filled on 2+ acres offering a lot of privacy. A short drive from Sag Harbor Village center and only three minutes to Long beach. Ideal for a quiet getaway from the busy city life! There is a new, large, 20x40 ft gunnite salt-water pool - open from May, heated from MD weekend. The hot tub remains in operaton year-round. The Cooper-Burke House

Many Main Street restaurants such as the American Hotel, Lulu's, Page 63, Wolffer Kitchen, Sen, Sag Pizza and Goldberg's, etc are a few minutes away. On Main Street one finds the Sag Harbor Cinema, The Bay Street Theater, Schiavoni's Market and Yoga Shanti. The house is a 12-minute walk to Haven's Beach. 1-minute around the corner from the house is Cavaniola's Wine, Cheese and Kitchen shops as well as the Sag Harbor Beverage store.

Cheerful East Hampton home with Pool

Situated off of a quiet lane on one and a half-acres of land, this amazing residence offers a peaceful and quiet Hamptons getaway. A private country compound in heart of Sag Harbor. House just gut renovated with all top of line (all Wolf and Subzero appliances). The main house is 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath main house PLUS separate large guest cottage (with a King bed, bar fridge, and full bathroom).
