Chill out in the huge pool* (only shared with main house) & relax in a remodeled frontier cabin with hiking & mountain biking right out the front door, 5 mins to stores & restaurants. Only 15 min drive to downtown & the UA. Plenty of wildlife! It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day in town, or get some time away to paint, write or reconvene with yourself, nature, or the one you love. (* NO HOT TUB has never worked & will NOT be working).

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. This 4 bedroom home makes a perfect family get-away. Heated Swimming Pool and Game-Room make this property a place where you don't need to leave to entertain the kids or your spouse. Take a walk around the community park or drop the kids off at the nearby skatepark. This house is close to shopping areas, dining, hiking, golf courses, paved bike paths and MTB trails. NO EVENTS or PARTIES allowed. Pool heating is $50 per day to heat to 80 degrees
