Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. The cottage boasts lots of windows with a beautiful view of the outdoors. Inside the cottage is a queen-size bed, table for 2-4, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and microwave, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a tall claw foot tub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.

You will be sharing a our beautifully decorated yet casual feeling home. PRIVATE entrance with lock box. Two bedrooms and 1.5 baths are your private areas on one side of the house. We will share the rest of the 2400 sq ft home. Our bedroom is on the other side of the home so you will have lots of privacy. We are on a canal in a great neighborhood. We're on a canal leading out to the Homosassa River. There is a dock for parking your boat and parking for your trailer.

Spring-fed Crooked Lake is designated an "Outstanding Florida Waters" lake and is great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and waterskiing. Huge screen porch, ping pong table, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room table for 12, spacious living area (great for games) -- you won't want to leave!

My listing is for adults and children over 12 yrs. old, and no pets. This room has a King sized bed, TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, access to a screened in porch. A private fenced backyard has a pergola, pool, outdoor shower, and patio space for sun bathing or just relaxing. All guests receive a continental breakfast. Bottled water and soft drinks are available at no charge. Facilities are shared if both rooms ("B our Guest" & "B our Guest 2") are occupied.
