You will love our comfortably furnished, fully appointed bungalow. Perfect for those who want to lounge on the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean or in the comfort of your beach home. The Bungalow is an ideal setting for escaping. Walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, car-free beaches, with surf, paddleboard, bike, and kayak rentals nearby. Flagler Avenue and Canal Street are minutes away for a greater selection of amazing food, museums, yoga, shopping, and night life.

Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown. The location of the home is semi-commercial. A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

Large open space adjacent to a beautiful pool, waterfall, and fantastic lake view. 27 miles to Disney World, close to Park Avenue, local hospitals, Universities, and less than an hour to local beaches. Only 18 miles to MCO-Orlando International Airport. Great shopping within 3 miles. Location is secluded with large trees, lakeside, and adjacent to the commuter train track. The train runs by on regular basis. Please note in the pictures the pool creates the ambiance to make your stay complete.

When it gets too hot…enjoy an expansive ocean view from the air-conditioned comfort of the couch. Enjoy the outdoors after the sun goes down at the fire pit!

Our 1920's historic home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from everything. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

Boho 1924 Bungalow-Walk to Historic Cocoa Village

Our 'boho bungalow' is a short stroll to downtown Cocoa Village-enjoy quaint restaurants, pubs, breweries, yoga studio, coffee shops, antique stores+art galleries. Approximately 8 miles to Cocoa Beach and other nearby attractions and outdoor experiences-bike/walk/run along Historic Rockledge Drive, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, sailing, fishing charters, Cocoa Village Playhouse, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, USSSA Space Coast Complex, Port Canaveral/cruise ships and more!

The Golf-view House (Entire House, King bedroom)

This 2/1.5 house is private, clean, and cozy. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and provides all necessary cooking wares. The spacious dining/livingroom area receives enough sunlights through the picture windows. Enjoy beautiful golf course view while sitting at the dining table and/or on the humongous outside deck. There is an outdoor dining area and grill on the deck. The house is within 45 minutes from theme parks (Disney & Universal) and beaches (Daytona/New Smyrna).

My place is close to Downtown Mount Dora and all the amenities of the beautiful waterfront historic city. You’ll love my place because of the proximity to downtown Mt. Dora - a quick walk. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends. $75 pet fee per pet. (2 pets max) Payment request will be sent after booking. This will help to keep Ladybug a pet friendly home!
