Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

Walking from here are craft beers, fresh coffee, art spaces, live music venues, locally produced food, clothes, books, restaurants, wine bars, farmer's markets (Saturdays), all in a vibrant community. Buses are all close and the river ferry takes you to UQ or a ride into the city and beyond. Our space is quiet, well treed with herb gardens, a frog pond, birds, and lots of native wildlife.
