We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Eiffel at Bassinaud - relaxing and well-equipped

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Située à quelques pas des attractions de Brantome, dans une de ses plus anciennes rues, vous accédez facilement à ses restaurants, bars, cafés, commerces et marche. Elle offre un oasis de calme avec son jardin, très privé, surplombant la ville. Ancienne, elle a été complètement modernisée a l'intérieur, avec climatisation, deux chambres, deux salles d'eau, une cuisine équipée, machines a laver, lave vaisselle et sèche-linge, poêle à bois.. Venez vous détendez à toute période de l'année.

Gite with disabled access/PMR caters for 6 people. The grounds offer a large heated pool w/shower, shaded deck lounge area, petanque pitch, tree house & games barn (table tennis, babyfoot, darts). You even have a view of the castle from the private back garden. At 15 minutes drive you'll find 2 thriving market towns.
