Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine voll ausgestatteter Küche. In dieser steht Ihnen zur Verfügung: Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Geschirrspüler. The Chalet is located in a quiet and sunny location at 820 meters with view to the mountains. The perfect holiday location for anyone looking for relaxation and peace. The health resort of Bad Vigaun is only 6 km away. It is only 26 kms to the Mozart city of Salzburg. The lodge can be reached by car all year round. There are 2 parking spaces including a wallbox. Each sleeping room has a double bed. Sleeping room 2 is only reachable via sleeping room 1 or via entrance door to the terrace.

Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wander- u. Naturschnee-Skigebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das Skigebiet in 5 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2025 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card per Email.

Ferienhaus im Grünen am Stadtrand von Salzburg

Das Ferienhaus liegt neben unserem kleinen Bauernhof auf einer grünen Wiese, umgeben von Wald, am Stadtrand von Salzburg. Du hast ein ganzes Haus für dich allein. Bei uns führt keine öffentliche Straße vorbei, es ist also ruhig und doch der Stadt so nah. Vor dem Haus befinden sich kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und in wenigen Minuten (0,7km) bist du bei der Bushaltestelle um in die Stadt zu gelangen. !!!!!!!!! Bei Buchung von nur 2 Gästen ist nur das Erdgeschoss geöffnet !!!!!!!!!

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.
