City of Desert Hot Springs Vacation Rental Permit Number VR20-0031 Located between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree, our studio offers convenient location and cozy and fun space. There is a modern full kitchen, spacious bathroom, sitting area with amazing panoramic windows, and a quaint bedroom nook with a full size bed. ONE bed studio is set up for 2 guests but due to high demand we allow up to 3 guets with fee. We do have a futon but for more comfort you can bring airmattress & extra bedding.

One bedroom, One bath apartment w/fully equipped kitchen. This unit is part of a three unit complex. Our One bedroom apartments sleeps 2 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 4 registered guests with additional fee. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows.

Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.
