It is walking to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores. Next to Crown beach with spectacular view of San Francisco. Parties are not allowed. Top speed Internet. Pet allowed, $50 per stay.

Small cottage right on the beach. Very close to San Francisco - 20 min from the Golden Gate Bridge. Romantic getaway. Perfect for couples or as a quiet retreat for an individual. Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Carmelita Creek House

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and gorgeous vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods on the peaceful balcony and one with nature at the fire pit overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, comfortable workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. We live in the main house on the property.

The Beach Cottage- A Simple Sanctuary

You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. On its own separate lot, with a sweet little yard with lounge chairs, Bbq, and a firepit, The Cottage is fresh, immaculate, peaceful, cozy, comfortable, romantic, and tranquil. Please know that without exception we do not accommodate children, pets, or stays over 12 days. IF YOU ARE GOING TO REQUEST A BOOKING AND SOMEONE WILL BE JOINING YOU PLEASE GIVE THEIR FIRST NAME.

Casa Venida by the Beach, Light & Stylish Cottage

Our cottage is a haven of tranquility just a few steps from family-friendly Stinson Beach and a 5-minute walk to town. Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family. Well-behaved dogs allowed! Please be aware of this in case you have allergies.

Beach Cottage

Enjoy the beach, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of this cozy cottage in the Outer Sunset. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa for overflow. The kitchen is modern and updated, and opens to a dining room. You'll find streaming TV, wi-fi, a washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the yard, and a covered outdoor dining area.

Trixie's Studio Garden Cottage

We have a lovely private garden cottage available in a quiet Oakland neighborhood, very close to Lake Merritt. Shopping, restaurants, and cafe's are a 10 minute walk away. Cozy furnished, sound proofed studio with blackout windows, thermal heated flooring, small kitchen, bath & living area. Free high speed internet, security & housekeeping service. Ample street parking and very close to public transportation.

"Just A Minit" Bolinas Artist Cottage

The Creekside Cottage in Point Reyes Station is a simple, modern craftsman with beautiful light all around. New construction, completed in 2017, it features serene quiet at night, bird viewing, and relaxing. Walk into town or head for the beaches from here. (It is not in Bolinas, online maps services are still confused about this fact)
