High ceilings, plenty of windows. Private setting behind a high wall, the spacious play yard with a fire bowl. Lushly landscaped gardens enclose the hot tub. This is a ridge view home on the Bolinas Lagoon but does not back up to the water. Short walk to beach.

Dear Guests, We will continue with the Covid cleaning protocol to do the most we can to insure your safety and good health. Catching a cold or having even a mild flu whether Covid or not can be unpleasant. The guest apartment has its own entrance located on the ground level of our home. The private apartment is 720 sq ft and has 8 ft ceilings. The living room and kitchen are new as of 2013 and the bath and the two bedrooms are remodeled.

Casa Venida by the Beach, Light & Stylish Cottage

Our cottage is a haven of tranquility just a few steps from family-friendly Stinson Beach and a 5-minute walk to town. Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family. Well-behaved dogs allowed! Please be aware of this in case you have allergies.
