Private Guest-House in the Redwoods

Our custom built guesthouse was completed in 2016. It is situated on 5 redwood-covered acres, 10 minutes south of Los Gatos and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley! Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

Quickly access the Stanford campus, Silicon Valley companies, San Antonio Shopping areas, and California Ave Caltrain Station by car. You're welcome to enjoy our backyard, nap in the hammock or work on the patio with WiFi access.

Our charming SOFA District Victorian (on 2nd St.) is 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to San Jose McEnery convention center, center for performing arts, SJSU, restaurants, Tech Museum, rock climbing, Ritz & bars. SAP (Sharks & concerts) is a 15 minute walk. (We are in the real downtown perimeter.) This reservation is for our fully-loaded, newly remodeled detached unit bedroom studio in the back of the home. To add guests beyond 2, requires approval.

Santa Cruz 35 minutes, San Francisco airport- 45 minutes. Close to major freeways I-280, I-880, US-101.

Our backyard bungalow is a fully furnished, one room studio with full bathroom. We have a coffee machine, microwave, and mini fridge in the bungalow for our guests. The comfy bed and workspace are perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Our neighborhood is urban, yet peaceful. You *might* hear people, neighbors, parties, music, cars, sirens, trains, chickens, homeless people, etc.
