Iconic home in Yuma for up to 9 guests in a family-friendly neighborhood . Features a pool, grill, the yard uses flood irrigation filling with water but draining quickly to stay green. The jacuzzi has a $40 fee.For gatherings, up to 19 guests are allowed for $450, and 25 for $650, both requiring prior approval. No loud music, smoking, weed, or drinking in the pool (drinks okay outside). Pet-friendly for 1 small dog (no sofas or beds). Ideal for gender reveals, dinners, and kids’ birthdays
