This home is a great value for any size group, work, or pleasure. You will love the Master suite has a luxury mattress with a 50-inch TV. This 2022 home has all the upgrades, a 65-inch TV, stainless appliances, tile floors, a lovely kitchen, a washer and dryer, backyard area with a sitting area. The kitchen is well-stocked and contains upgraded pots and pans. Outdoor BBQ and seating. Pet OK Just 2 minutes to the freeway! Algodones 30 min Marine base 15 min. Downtown 15 min. Foothills 5 min.

Bright 4 bedroom home in the heart of town.

This 4 bedroom getaway brings all the comforts of home to your vacation. With the ability to comfortably sleep 10 people there’s plenty of room for you and your friends or family. Enjoy an evening of dinner under the lit gazebo and s’mores around the fire pit or hit the town and check out all the Yuma has to offer. This home is centrally located so you’re never far from food and drinks. Just a 20 minute drive to the dunes, a 15 minute drive to Mexico and a one minute walk down to the park.
