Located a block from the ocean, having a private space to make your vacation as comfortable as possible are wonderful. The year round adventures that await in San Luis Obispo are what creates your stay. From the ocean, amazing restaurants, wineries, and endless places to explore families and adults alike will enjoy. We look forward to hosting everyone. Come enjoy the Central Coast. The property is proud to offer keyless entry to allow for a leisure check in and out. The key code for front door and garage door will be provide on the day of check in. There are two surfboards, two boogie-boards, rolling ice chest, and a beach cart to enhance your Central Coast beach experience. Please know that all organic, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have been provided for your use in every bathroom. The key code is given thirty minutes before check in time and you get to arrive to The Spot knowing the property is yours for your vacation. The house is on Dolliver Street which is also known as the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s only a block from the sand and downtown Pismo and just a 10-minute drive to the Wineries. In addition to the two parking spaces within the garage there is also ample parking on the street directly in front of the property. The front door and garage door entrances are all automated so your check in and out are all done keyless so you feel most at home. Your vacation truly begins when you pull up.

Come and enjoy the lovely bay views from most every room, walk outside your door and take a hike on the back bay, you can go all the way up to the dunes and back in about 45 minutes on foot. There are many beautiful places to visit in our area, great for bird watching , hiking , kayaking, horseback riding , golfing and more just right around the corner. Our comfortable cottage is relaxing and close to great amenities, 2.4 miles to the beach! Enjoy the full kitchen or try one of the excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Beachwalk cottage. Hear the waves!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.
