This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Due to the studio’s location in the home, sound travels easily and is best suited for a naturally quiet guest. No music, TV, or phone/device noise. No tub, shower, kitchen, or water use before 9am or after 11:30pm (toilet always OK). Near Berkeley, 1.25 miles to BART.
