Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

L’appartamento è composto al piano terra da un piccolo soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto (due letti singoli, il secondo è estraibile), mentre al piano primo si trovano la camera matrimoniale con balcone e il bagno; è inoltre dotato di ampio spazio esterno ad uso esclusivo con bbq privato. Posto auto riservato. Piscina condominiale. L’appartamento è dotato di Smart Tv (no antenna) e pocket Wi-Fi.

From the terrace you have direct access to the exclusive harbor with its luxurious yachts. The piazza and the center of Porto Cervo are only 5 minutes away.

Wir vermieten unser kleines aber stilvolles Gästehaus im Norden Sardiniens inmitten der wunderschönen Gallura, fernab vom touristischen Trubel der Küstenstädte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.

IL "Villino di Surrau" è una depandance di nuova costruzione, ha una superficie di circa 23 mq (camera climatizzata e bagno), e una veranda aperta, dove poter gustare un pasto d'asporto . Si trova in territorio di Arzachena, a circa 7km da Palau e 7 da Arzachena. E' servita di WI-FI, antenna satellitare, macchina del caffè, forno a microonde e frigo da camera. Tutti gli infissi sono dotati di zanzariere Non si accettano animali domestici.

Palau is located about 5 km away from where you can visit the Maddalena archipelago. The central location in the village favors privacy and tranquility from the summer crowds.
