This lovely converted farm cottage/annex makes the perfect stay for anyone looking to explore the local area within the South Downs National Park. The cottage is surrounded by an abundance of footpaths and bridlepaths which can be accessed directly from the farm. This cottage is sure to provide you with a cosy stay in front of the log burner. If you are bringing pets please note the garden is not enclosed and they must be kept on a lead whilst on the property. Additional logs available to buy.

Our Luxury yurt in peaceful setting close to Cowes

Enjoy a fun relaxed break in our beautiful yurt with central heating, log burner, shower room, proper loo and kitchen. Egyptian cotton sheets on a king size bed and a deck to watch the sunset and gaze at the stars through the roof dome at night. Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. The New Forest is great for walking and on/off road cycling. Welcome pack provided. Wifi available. Free to use 7kW Type 2 EV charger provided.

New forest shepherds hut, idyllic woodland retreat

This is a custom built shepherds hut in our secluded private woodland with direct access on to the open forest. It can be warm and cosy with a log fire in the woodburner, or open the stable door to let the outside in. Alternatively sit outside on the wooden decking with a fire pit in the evenings. There is a 'camp kitchen' with a gas barbecue, fridge, butler sink and covered seating area, or walk to one of our local pubs for lunch or supper. There is an outside tap and electricity on site.

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.
