Restored 15th century house in unique artist village with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large terrace and sea view. Ten minutes (bike or car) to the best beaches in Liguria. Superb restaurants nearby. One hour to Nice airport. Limited availability, on request only. Preference is given to guests with artistic and/or creative occupations. Bussana is under threat to be 'Disneyfied' with eviction of us artist-inhabitants. Note: This house is in use by owner, not one that is only used for commercial rent.

A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

Una stanza sull’Oggia

Uno spazio semplice e romantico, una stanza vera senza fronzoli con angolo cottura e un terrazzino che si affaccia sul fiume: da qui si intravede un piccolo ponticello in pietra... e il rumore dell'acqua che scorre. L’alloggio è un’unica grande volta: tutta la casa è stata restaurata utilizzando materiali naturali, calce e vernici fatte con farina e olio di lino. Per i mesi invernali c’è una stufa a legna che gli ospiti potranno gestire in autonomia. Viene fornita la legna per il soggiorno.

La Casa si trova nel cuore di Bussana vecchia-siamo in un borgo medievale del 1.100 che le macchine non possono circolare ed il parcheggio è sulla strada pubblica distante circa 200-500metri dall'alloggio. Casa di Ingrida e' Situata a inizio borgo vicino osteria degli artisti. È composta da camera matrimoniale, soggiorno e angolo cottura, bagno con doccia e un terrazzo con vista sul borgo.

Un piccolo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort nel caratteristico borgo di Lingueglietta, riconosciuto tra i più belli d'Italia, dal quale si potrà godere di un'incredibile vista sul mare brindando all'ombra di un ulivo. Al rientro dalla spiaggia sarà rigenerante una fresca doccia all'aperto, prima di rilassarsi sull'ampio terrazzo a disposizone.
