Caution: Several Guests have noted and given low reviews due to the neighborhood: "neighborhood was run down" "surrounding area was a little uncomfortable" "unfortunately, the area that kills the charm of the unit" This bungalow is an 8 minutes uber to downtown. "The neighborhood was better than it appears and we did not feel unsafe during our stay" The house is not in a gentrified neighborhood. There are nicer listings in nicer areas at a higher price point. This house is a budget option.

This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home serves as a perfect jumping off place for exploring Greenville, Traveler's Rest (8 min), and our three state parks-- Paris Mountain (8 min), Jones Gap (30 min), and Table Rock (30 min). Pets are more than welcome to join you with a one-time pet fee, and will enjoy our fully fenced in backyard. We can't wait to have you!

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

Velo Cottage near downtown

Cute freshly renovated 2 bedroom 870 sq ft mobile home in the center of Sans Souci and 5 min drive from downtown Greenville with the best coffee shop in town right next door (Daydrinkers). City bikes included that you can ride to the Swamp Rabbit trail. Also next door to a bicycle shop that hosts several rides a week. Main room has king bed with super comfy memory foam mattress and guest room has queen bed. Coffee and snacks provided.
