There is a kitchenette with 2 electric stove tops (no Microwave) convenient for quick heating up. There is a sturdy wooden ladder leading to the sleeping loft - beware if acrophobic.

This newly built studio apartment (Winner of 2019 Historic Preservation Award) is a centrally located accommodation for guests who love to walk or for those who want to have a more urban experience in Santa Fe. We are equidistant to the Railyard District, Canyon Road, and the Downtown Historic Plaza. It is about a 15 minute walk to each from the apartment. Due to its location, this unit does get a fair amount of street noise and also, there is no oven, only a small toaster oven for countertop.

Super clean. You'll love staying in one of our cities' most interesting artist neighborhoods, where locals live. Baca St is Centrally located, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. We are in a local arts area. If you want to stay on the plaza in the tourist area this is not us. We have no TV but 300 MSP WIFI.
