Eco Mountain Home Close To Town by McDant LLC

Our place is in the mountains on the edge of town and National Forest, 1.5 miles from 10,000 Waves Japanese Spa, 10 minutes to the Plaza in the heart of Santa Fe, and 20 minutes to the ski basin with unlimited hiking and mountain biking in between. The house is tasteful, private, quiet, has amazing views, and has easy access to Santa Fe's finest restaurants, galleries, and activities. Great for couples, solo or family adventurers, or business travelers. 4X4 recommended in winter, check with us.

This beautiful contemporary studio has a king bed from our local Sequoia custom furniture designer. Santa Fe style with coved viga ceilings, brick floors and hand troweled plaster walls.. It can be rented alone or with our casita de la Luz near Canyon Road Mountain views. Direct TV . The studio sleeps 2. There are basic kitchen necessities such as coffee and tea. We are providing a gas grill on porch for barbecuing. We are located on a quiet lane on the Historic Eastside near hiking.

We are are centrally located in a local arts neighborhood, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. If you want to stay in the touristy historic district-- not us. My place is 1.2mi from the plaza in a conveniently located residential neighborhood. With its small, simple, Santa Fe style, you'll feel at home right away! The main room has a kiva fireplace & sleeper sofa as well as a full kitchen & small dining area. There is a separate bedroom with a closet & washer/dryer. The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!

You will find our casita down a peaceful, private lane next to the river. It is within walking distance to Canyon Road and the downtown plaza. This newly built casita is self contained with a full kitchen, one bedroom (queen bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer. Radiant heat keeps you toasty in the winter and ceiling fans provide cool air in the summer. There is a beautiful courtyard between the casita and main house with a rock fountain.

Amazing modern cabin inside the Santa Fe National forest! Sitting right on a creek surrounded by Aspen, Cottonwood and Pine trees but just a short 20 minutes to the Santa Fe plaza. Our Guest House is 10 minutes to the Santa Fe Opera and approximately 10-12 minutes to downtown. Glorious sunrise and sunset views.
