Spotless Mid Century Modern

This home features an open layout with natural light highlighting the hardwoods floors and vibrant pops of color. Open the french doors to the back patio, and fenced in back yard. Enjoy firing up a BBQ and relaxing in the hot tub with views of the Jemez mountains. Use our separate TV room / work space with a desk and couch to relax or work. Internet service of 100Mbps, and Wi-Fi throughout the property. The outdoor space is fantastic and totally private with a high fence all the way around. This in conjunction with the deck and easy access to both living spaces is very unique and creates an awesome flow for entertaining and relaxing. Both owners live close by and are readily available, no property management company to haggle with. The home has an extremely quiet HVAC with heat and AC, plus the home has a real presence in its design and colors which helps create lasting memories. Everything in the home is accessible, including laundry, to guests except for one locked owners closet in the hallway. I am available as needed and am happy to offer local suggestions I have lived in northern NM for 20 years so have a lot of advice! The home is a very walkable neighborhood making it easy to get around. Spend the day relaxing in the park before going to one of the many eclectic cafes in the area. And head to the famed Canyon Road where galleries and restaurants await. Very close to public transportation, bike riding anywhere in town is easy from here. And there is ample parking.

The Loft is a lovingly restored 300 year old adobe on the 2nd story of Rancho Manzana. Located on the historic Plaza del Cerro, in the world famous rural town of Chimayo. The main level features huge picture windows, soaring ceilings, a bedroom with a private claw foot soaking tub, a den with a double bed, & the sleeping loft with a double bed. My place is close to Everything the Railyard has to offer. Plus we are just .7 miles walking distance from the Plaza. Saturday Farmers and Art markets are a very short walk. There is a new movie theatre that is houses from our property. . You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the comfy beds, the kitchen, and the location!. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). For your pets, we will charge a 1 time non refundable $75 fee.
