Recently remodeled with a dining table to take your meals, hot water, a comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchenette, you will be lacking nothing here. This apartment is a guest suite attached to the main living area of the home and is completely private, however there is a resident who lives in the main part of the home.

This is the only studio in the Palm Bay Club tower on ground level with breathtaking views of the white sand and gulf waters. The Palm Bay Club offers 2 pools, hot tub, gym, boat docks, fishing pier, outdoor grills, tennis/pickle ball courts; not to mention FREE parking+ beach lounge chairs. City Garden Cottage

City Garden Cottage is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in the quiet Laurel Park neighborhood in Sarasota, only a few blocks from downtown. The studio is surrounded by lush gardens and trees with a Hot Tub. Inside, you will find a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and hot plate. The studio also has a flat-screen TV, a queen bed & private bathroom. There is also shared use a gas grill, fire pit and Hot Tub included with the rental.

Just 30 minutes from Siesta Key and 6 minutes from the entrance to Myakka State Park, you can see the best of Florida, both the swamps and the beaches, all in one day!
