Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. This Suburban Cottage is conveniently located in the southern highway nexus for MSP, with quick travel to Xcel, Downtown Saint Paul, MSP international, and multiple other attractions. It offers a unique out of the way experience that is no more than 15 minutes from both the Children’s Museum and the Mall of America. With on-site parking, a private entrance, Wi-Fi, and the traditional convinces of home, this cottage provides a extended stay experience that can still get you anywhere fast.

You’ll have a large bedroom, a private bath, a private kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor seating area! Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.
