Walk to the Beach - Oceanside Resort 2BR Condo

Your Hilton Head Island beach getaway! Our condo, located at Hilton Head Resort, has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Our unit is in building 3 which includes a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi, and fitness center. The resort also has two outdoor pools, Cocos on the Beach for food and drinks (March-October), a pool bar, island deli, tennis courts, pickleball, and beach volleyball. Seasonal shuttle (March-Sept.) will take you to the beach or take a scenic 10 minute walk from our unit.

This 2nd floor villa has breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Walk to Coligny! Two bedroom suites (new mattresses and ceiling fans), with separate renovated baths. Beautiful maple hardwood & tile floors throughout. Fully appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. New Washer/Dryer. Jim Says "I personally stay in each of my units to ensure they are maintained to my highest level of expectations."

Perfect "live like a local" spot. Four blocks from legendary Forsyth park, 2 blocks from the grocery store, and 3-4 blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. I lived here as a bachelor for about 2 years. It's the perfect blend of historic Savannah and modern style and convenience (granite counter tops and a 2 person jacuzzi tub in the bathroom).
