Welcome to the Grafton Chateau, a gorgeous secluded and private country retreat for all of your family and friends. With six bedrooms and a den, four baths, two fireplaces, a sauna and a large private pond beautifully situated on 67 acres of woodlands, the Grafton Chateau is the perfect comfortable home base for ski trips, hiking, antiquing, or just enjoying the scenery while you sit around the fire pit. The garage has outdoor recreation gear, like snowshoes and sleds. The den has a variety of toys, and games for kids and adults. The whole house, sauna house, barn and all 67 acres are all yours! If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, you've found it, amidst a 250 acre private estate. On a lake at the end of a mile long driveway (well plowed in the winter) Is Snowshoe Cabin. Built in 1929 as the garage for "Lakefalls Lodge, it's been completed renovated into a luxurious, cozy home with modern amenities. Guests rave about "views of the snowy pond while you’re warm inside" from heated floors and a wood burning stove with free firewood. Spikes provided for wonderful winter walks.

Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

This beautiful circa 1850 farmhouse sits between two rivers in the heart of Grafton Village. While the setting feels peaceful and secluded, you are only a two-minute walk from the historic Grafton Inn and the village center. Guests are also welcome to use our collection of bikes, tubes, and snowshoes stored in the garage for adventures around the village and nearby trails.
