The perfect size for a getaway or overnight stay. It’s quiet & just far enough away from the main highway to allow you to relax & get away from it all. There is Wifi plus antenna tv, VCR, dvd player, and Roku tv. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, & walk-in tub/shower, gas grill, & fire pit. And a small dog pen.

Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).

Our loft has a separate entrance and private parking. We’ve created a cozy, elegant atmosphere with luxury bedding, LED fireplace, full internet connection, heat/air, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you'll need. The Kitchen features a full-sized gas range, air fryer, full size refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker with K-cup and a coffee pot.

We would love to welcome you to our little piece of Heaven at The Farm Inn. We have created a cozy little home like atmosphere inside our newly built barn on our 80+ acre farm in Pike County, Ohio. We love the peaceful evenings by the fire soaking up the stars & enjoy the wildlife surprises. It's VERY common to see whitetail deer grazing in our hay fields. We do have WiFi!
