Oriel House, Warkworth

Oriel House enjoys an exceptional setting within this beautiful village, directly opposite the majestic medieval Warkworth Castle. The Net House

High season (Apr - Oct) Easter, half term and Christmas/New Year 7 day min. Changeover Friday, except Christmas and New Year. Bamburgh is a short drive (or a 3 mile coastal walk)

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Clock House Cottage, Northumberland Coast

Clock House Cottage is located in former the grounds of Middleton Hall Estate. Just a few minutes drive from some of Northumberland’s most beautiful coastal sights as well as the Northumberland National Park and the Cheviot Hills. The cottage has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard. Ideally suited to couples or small family looking for peace and quiet away from the main tourist towns. Located in a former stable court yard with its own private garden with covered terrace to enjoy.

Well House hayloft

A lovely 17th century building, one of the oldest properties in Belford, that has a coffee shop below. In a friendly village only 5 miles from picturesque Bamburgh. Belford has pubs, restaurants, play parks, shops, chemist etc Very central for all attractions in Northumberland only half hour and you’re in Scotland. Near the coast with all its castles and beaches, and only 12 miles from Holy Island. Alnwick is only 14 miles away with the amazing castle and Gardens, also Barter Books.

Beach Retreat

Beach Retreat is a recently refurbished house within walking distance of the town centre. Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, multi fuel stove and ample seating. Living room with wood burning stove and TV. Play room with sofa bed and TV. Cloakroom with WC and basin. 4 Bedrooms - king size bed and en suite shower - double bed and en suite shower - bunk beds - single bed Family bathroom with bath, WC and basin.

This once humble home for cows has been transformed into a truly special off-grid getaway, offering a cosy retreat with historical charm. A leisurely walk through the hay meadow leads you to this hidden treasure. The barn's unique charm beckons, promising a cosy haven like no other. Leave behind the distractions of modern life and immerse yourself in the peaceful beauty of nature.

The Byre. Cosy, eco friendly barn camping.

The Byre is a delightful upcycled 19th century listed cow byre on an old farm. The room looks out on to the farm courtyard. There is a large garden for visitors use, and dark skies above us. We are an eco friendly family, and the Byre comes with a private composting toilet in a separate wooden shed, and a water supply just outside.Think of it as cosy camping in a stone tent.
