This apartment is just steps from The Westward restaurant and Seattle’s vibrant Stoneway culinary corridor. A 10-minute stroll along the Burke Gilman Trail takes you to Gas Works Park where you can enjoy full views of the city skyline. And just outside your door you have access to Lake Union for kayaking, paddle boarding, and more! *Please be aware that King County is requiring proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 tests for entry to many outdoor and indoor events and establishments. Nestled on the north shore of Lake Union, in Wallingford, you’ll find the atelier within easy walking distance of Fremont—a lively neighborhood, bustling with noteworthy restaurants and nightlife. Explore Seattle’s local breweries and distilleries, or check out the Sunday market in Ballard. Outdoor explorers will enjoy easy access to kayaking, paddle boarding, and boat rentals at Agua Verde Paddle Club. Our peaceful and lovely lakefront ADU apartment is 20 minutes away from SeaTac airport or 30 minutes from Seattle by car. It's the perfect location for your favorite tourist attractions or nature activities, as well as an easy drive to ski resorts. It includes a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk, great for remote work. You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

Mama Moon Treehouse

This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. It's 1 mile from Lake Alice so grab the paddle boards and head to the lake! Plus, book a sound healing or sacred ceremony while you're here!

Cloud Canopy

Stay in the cloud canopy with a best friend or someone you love. Natural light from six skylights makes this space like a deep breath. Watching the treetops or clouds pass in the skylights relaxes everyone. Walking distance to coffee, lunch, and dinner. Or make drip coffee in your floating canopy - a space sure to bring about conversation and intimacy. If you need some time away from it all come to stay on your own: meditate, sleep, walk, have tea or catch up on all of your streaming. Upstairs.

Kinglet Cottage - Bright and Sunny Lake View!

Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

A Bright Contemporary Condo right on the Seattle waterfront facing the Puget Sound. If you love looking at the ocean then my place is for you. Its a very calming experience to look out of the windows. Watch the ferries and ships go by right in front of the living room. Ideal location within walking distance from Pike Place Market (5mins), Seattle Aquarium (across the street), the Seattle Ferris wheel, sculpture park etc. Only waterfront community in Seattle and next to Marriot on waterfront.
