Enjoy a clean, stylish, and new living space in an incredible location just steps from the lakefront trail and Downtown Geneva. Walking distance to a vibrant food and beverage scene, it's a great central location to over 100 Finger Lakes wineries and breweries in the region. This solar-powered villa is setup as two separate suites, each with its own bathroom. The full kitchen and living room is bright and open. There are two reserved covered parking spaces under the carport behind the villa.

The cabin is located inside Sunset on Seneca Campsites, 300 yards from Lodi State Park and Seneca Lake. Nestled in the Finger Lakes Region you'll find numerous wineries within a 5 minutes drive. Within the campground that is home to nearly 150 season campsites you will find a friendly family oriented community welcoming guest. We provide one free bundle of firewood each night as needed. Select weekends we have free live music events as well as food events. All cabin guest are welcome to join.

Private ground floor contains two bedrooms (queen and twin XL beds), bathroom, and family room. Family room has sofa bed, TV, internet, ice machine, kitchenette, bottled water dispenser, and refrigerator. Several steps from Cayuga Lake in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail. Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming. Easy walk down beach for children.

Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.
