It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is nice for two persons (without any other persons). It is located 50m above the main road near the sea, in lavender garden. Close to our home (by foot or by car) there are three little beaches (500m in 10min by foot). By the beaches are free parking places. We can communicate in english and german. The price includes all costs for 2 persons (water, electricity, gas, private parking, air conditioner, wi-fi, final cleaning, tourist tax.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Beatiful large apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with a wonderful view. Close to the town, a 10 minute walk with promenade by the sea. The beach Prva Draga is just 3 minutes away with a nice walk. Private parking place is right next by the apartment. Calm and quiet neighbourhood ideal for people who want to have a soothing and relaxing stay.
