A beautiful garden annex with a separate kitchen and shower room over-looking Crag Wood located in our back garden.We are located just on the edge of Gargrave, and just a short walk to the Main Street where you can find x2 Yorkshire dales pubs, a co-op, pharmacy, cafe and some local shops. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away, with bus services to Skipton, Settle and Malham.Please note the kitchen/bathroom are separate from the annexe & are accessed via a separate door directly next door.

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

An outstanding, stone built cottage, situated in the Ribblesdale village of Giggleswick, within easy walking distance of the market town of Settle. The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night.
