The Back Porch Retreat is a quiet walkout basement apartment in the peaceful home of John & Kaye Thomas that is located 2 miles from downtown Sevierville. The location is ideal for accessing Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains, or Knoxville (for UT game days). Apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room, large back porch, and hot tub. The Retreat combines the modern conveniences that one would expect in an AB&B with a relaxing taste of life from the past.

Smoky Bear Lodge is a 4-plex boutique connected lodge across from the Smokies National Park! Each room is private with no shared living spaces. We are located on US-321, which leads directly into downtown Gatlinburg (20 min). The Maddron Bald National Park trail is 1 minute away . Dogs MUST BE on the reservation. Dollywood is 35-40 mins away. There is an outdoor shared community area with Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Water Fall Feature, Fire Pit, and Large Game Room (In detached building)!!

Very nice modern “ rustic” two story apartment (unit #1) located on Majestic mountain. Featuring indoor open fireplace, two bedrooms with private baths, and a third bedroom/game room (complete with foosball table, 55"+40" smart tvs, also a gaming TV w/Xbox). WiFi provided. Open kitchen with essentials provided, updated appliances & washer and dryer. Upper and lower decks give access to a view overlooking the valley and Legacy Mountain. Only 9 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Tranquil Tennessee Getaway

Enjoy a walkout downstairs apartment which includes a LR, additional seating area w/sleeper sofa, BR w/king bed, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, small patio space, private entrance, & parking. The living area has a view and the décor is eclectic and updated. (This space is NOT childproofed, and NOT for small children.) It is best suited for 2 adults, but can accommodate 2 more guests (13 and over) w/sleeper sofa. Dollywood is 4 miles, GSMN park is about 12, and Pigeon Forge is only 2.

Strawberry Patch is a historic set of quaint cabins located on the Little River, in Townsend Tennessee. Townsend's central location is perfect for the adventurer or the city goer. Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.

Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).

"Bearfoot Hideaway" walk to downtown Gatlinburg!

Welcome to "Bearfoot Hideaway", a 2br 2ba rental walking distance to all the fun in downtown Gatlinburg. The condo has been updated with new furnishings, bedding, decor and SS appliances. We are an easy walk to downtown GB, but tucked away amongst trees, with regular bear sightings right outside the front door. Our home is more suitable for couples looking for a romantic getaway or families with older children looking for a convenient, walkable location.
